2CENTRE has already had contact from organisations interested in being involved in bids to create centres of excellence and are collating those details. In the meantime, we are also aware that there are a number of countries interested in making specific bids for funding this year. We are beginning to work with those countries to help them through the process, while looking to ensure that any potential duplication of activities is minimised.
In addition to highlighting the call, the purpose if this message is to see if there are any of the organisations on this list who may be interested in being involved in bids in the upcoming year. We are happy to put potential partners in touch with each other and to discuss activities, as well as providing what support we are able to, in the application process. It is interesting to note that this year, all applications have to be made online using the Priamos system.
Please let us know if you are interested in partnering in bids for this year and we will be happy to work with you . In the meantime, we are attaching an outline of the current project and the activities that are being conducted so that we can try and ensure that duplication is avoided in 2011 bids and to ensure the potential for the expertise of the current partners to be utilised to play a role in the upcoming bids.
